Health Habit Challenge: Plant a window or deck green garden! You can grow micro greens, lettuce or tomatoes. The list goes on! Some people get really creative and plant potatoes on their deck. Give it a try and “lettuce” know how it goes!
Health Habit Challenge: Set a consistent bed time and follow it every day!
Get outside as close to sunrise as possible! Try to get 5-10 minutes of activity with the sunrise. It will change your day (and possibly your life!)
Looking for a way to sneak some fitness into your routine? Park as far as you (safely) can from the store! It won’t add much time to your errands but you can be sure it’ll add some brain-boosting endorphins as well as some heart-healthy steps into your day!
